The four days of qualifying began yesterday and will be held until May 28. The final draw will take place on May 30 and will end on June 13 with the men’s final. Regarding the women’s final, it will be held on Saturday, June 12.
In the last edition of the tournament, the Spanish player Rafael Nadal won the men’s final. The women’s title was won by the young Polish player Iga Swiatek. For the first round of the tournament, 21 French players are in the running, and fourteen of them started this Monday. Today, seven of them are hoping to qualify on the Porte d’Auteuil courts, after the second day of qualifying.
To attend the final, the full price classic ticket is 20€ for the day on June 12 and 13, and 10€ for those under 25, at the same price as the other days of the competition. Due to the health situation, the number of ticket offers has been reduced in order to adapt to the reduced capacity. As of June 11, access to the Roland Garros stadium will be subject to the presentation of a health pass.
The entire broadcast of the tournament will be shared between France Televisions and Amazon Prime Video, which replaces the Eurosport channel. Amazon‘s streaming platform will broadcast the evening matches, as well as those played on the Simonne Mathieu court. France Televisions will be in charge of all the other matches, broadcasted live on television but also accessible on computers, tablets, or smartphones via the France Televisions website.
