Based on Instagram popularity, the British website Money has established a ranking of the most beautiful 5-star hotels in the world. A look back at the top six addresses whose architecture has seduced Internet users.
Burj Al Arab Jumeirah, Dubaï, UAE
The famous Burj Al Arab Jumeirah is undeniably the most Instagrammable luxury hotel. From the top of its 321 meters, the tower counts nearly 2,500,000 hashtags on the social network. Designed by architect Tom Wright, the only 7-star hotel in the world pushes the limits of luxury with the bathroom of the Royal Suite and its 24-carat gold tiles. A night in Dubai‘s most desirable location will cost you €1400, while the tour is offered for €94.
Soneva Jani, Medhufaru, Maldives
The Soneva Jani resort, located on Medhufaru Island in the Maldives, comes in second place in the ranking with 415,461 hashtags. Far from the hustle and bustle of the big cities, a change of scenery is guaranteed in this haven of peace. The complex includes 24 villas on stilts, including a private island-villa. Each villa has its own pool and a retractable roof in the master bedroom, which opens onto the starry Maldivian sky.

Bellagio, Nevada, USA
In the heart of the gambling capital of the world, the luxurious Bellagio Hotel gets 161,088 hashtags. Designed by architect Steve Wynn, the resort, famous for the Bellagio’s fountain water feature, is located on the must-see Las Vegas Strip, close to the city’s main attractions. It has 3,933 rooms and one of the largest amenity offerings, with its famous casino, 17 restaurants, 6 bars and 4 outdoor pools.

In fourth place, New York‘s most famous hotel gets 160,237 mentions. Located on Fifth Avenue, just steps away from the Louis Vuitton, Chanel and Bergdorf Goodman boutiques, the Plaza faces Central Park. The historic hotel features 282 rooms, including 102 luxury suites, as well as numerous amenities such as a Guerlain spa and Warren Tricomi Beauty Salon.
The Beverly Hills Hotel, California, USA
A favorite of celebrities, the Beverly Hills Hotel comes in fifth place with 127,297 mentions. Designed by Pasadena architect Elmer Grey, it is nicknamed Pink Palace for its colorful design. The establishment, a landmark address for movie stars in the 1920s, hosted Charlie Chaplin and Gloria Swanson, among others. The Beverly Hills Hotel offers a wide range of French restaurants and bakeries.

Halekulani, Honolulu, USA
Located just steps from Waikiki Beach and close to the airport, the five-star Halekulani Hotel is one of the most luxurious hotels in Hawaii. The hotel has 872 rooms with terraces, a jazz lounge and three restaurants, including the renowned La Mer, which specializes in French cuisine.
