Bentley Residences or the ultimate luxury in Miami
With construction beginning soon, the first Bentley Residences, located in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida, will open in 2026.
The famed luxury automotive brand Bentley is turning its attention to luxury facilities and residences with its first Bentley Residence in Miami. Developed in collaboration with Dezer Development and Sieger Suarez Architects, the property will feature 216 luxury private residences inspired by Bentley’s creative process. Joining the existing Porsche Design Tower in Miami, Dezer Development’s latest project translates the craftsmanship of creating the perfect vehicle into a physical, immersive space where every choice is made in the name of comfort.
The $1.4 billion skyscraper project, contracted in 2019, has been moving forward. Construction on the site will begin in six months and take about four years, according to Dezer Development. Each residence will have a three- or four-car garage served by an elevator that slides the owners’ vehicles into an area visible from the living room.
Apartments feature private heated pools with raised decks, large outdoor balconies/terraces, kitchens with stone countertops, laundry rooms, heated bathroom floors and towel warmers, a sauna in the master bedroom, an outdoor shower, and huge closets with built-in safes.
“As Bentley designers, we create incredible cars, but we’re on a mission to translate that idea beyond the car…translate a luxury experience, and of course, the authenticity comes when we partner with Dezer to bring that experience to life,” Brett Boydell, Bentley’s head of design collaborations, explained to Newsweek.
Each Bentley residence will cost about $4 million, except for the penthouse, which will retail for about $57 million, with parking for 11 vehicles using the “Dezervator” car elevator. About a quarter of the traditional units have been sold and another quarter will need to be sold before construction begins.
