Enjoy an enchanted interlude signed by Dior at the Hotel Splendido in Portofino
To celebrate the launch of its Dioriviera beach collection, Dior set up shop at one of Italy’s most exclusive beach clubs, the Bagni Fiore near Portofino.
In an exclusive partnership, Dior and hotel group Belmond, both part of the LVMH group, have joined forces to unveil an enchanting pop-up spa.
The installation includes two Dior spa gazebos, offering skin treatments and several other pampering experiences. The terraces of Bagni Fiore’s exclusive beach club have also been furnished with the House’s famous toile de Jouy pattern, reinterpreted for the occasion by Maria Grazia Chiuri, the artistic director of women’s collections at Dior.
The collaboration will also see the opening of a concept store and the release of a limited edition of Dior’s iconic perfume, Escale à Portofino. The eau de toilette is composed of Mediterranean essences, including Calabrian bergamot, Sicilian petitgrain, Italian citron, bitter almond and Cyprus orange blossom.

With the Dior pop-up spa at Splendido, guests are invited to enjoy the best in facials and body treatments, shop at the Dior pop-up, lounge in a luxurious relaxation area and finally, take a dip in Splendido’s pool or enjoy lunch at the wisteria-filled terrace restaurant, La Terrazza.
“LVMH is a lifestyle in all the brands it represents,” Pietro Beccari, president and CEO of Christian Dior Couture, explained to WWD. “It’s not a structural collaboration, but I would say there is a natural push to collaborate more and exchange more in terms of doing something together.”
