Immersion in Aston Martin apartments in Miami and Manhattan
Luxury automaker Aston Martin has recently turned its attention to high-end housing design and has already launched construction projects in the United States. Immerse yourself in the Aston Martin apartments located in Manhattan and Miami.
After being paralyzed during the pandemic, luxury real estate is coming back in full force. Indeed, according to a report by the American institute Mansion Global, city dwellers have signed nearly 130 contracts for homes worth at least $4 million, seven times more than during the same period last year.
Aston Martin apartments in New York
The opportunities offered by luxury real estate in this period have not escaped the car manufacturer Aston Martin. Nestled in a tower in Manhattan‘s Financial District, five luxury Aston Martin apartments have just opened for sale in the most exclusive of the Big Apple‘s five neighborhoods.
For the purchase of one of these five luxury apartments, a black Aston Martin DBX is offered to the five lucky ones. At 130 William Street, in a tower of 242 units on 66 floors, five apartments occupy two entire floors, in what will become the Aston Martin wing of the building.
On the 60th floor of the New York tower is an apartment worth $11.5 million that has yet to find a buyer. Work on this Aston Martin apartment began three years ago, and the apartment has three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms.
The apartment, like the other four Aston Martin apartments in Manhattan, is furnished entirely with pieces from the Aston Martin Home collection. The walls in the hallways replicate the exact black color of the Aston Martin DBX’s upholstery.
As for the parking space, it will not be provided in Manhattan as the majority of buyers prefer to travel by Uber. The Aston Martin DBX offered with the purchase of the apartment will therefore wait in a Connecticut train station.
With an impressive 2,400 square feet of space inside and nearly 600 outside, the Aston Martin apartment is a steal in Manhattan. Its architect, David Adjaye, is known for being the man behind the Smithsonian National Museum of African-American History.

Further afield in Florida, located at 300 Biscayne Boulevard Way are the penthouses and residences of the Aston Martin Signature Collection. On the Miami waterfront, the Aston Martin residence, consisting of seven penthouses, has already been sold at 70%.
According to Germán Coto, CEO of G&G Business Developments, these penthouses represent “the ultimate in luxury and elegance, style and beauty, and an inspiring collaboration between our architects and the Aston Martin design team. The Signature Collection is complemented by a specially commissioned Aston Martin DB11 coupe or DBX Riverwalk Editions, which will enhance the Aston Martin lifestyle for our owners.”
The penthouses, equipped with one to five bedrooms, each have their own private pools and terraces, with breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean. Reserved for Aston Martin members, the Signature Collection line is the brand’s most luxurious and exclusive real estate offering.
Numerous amenities are included in the building, such as a two-story fitness center, a weight room, a virtual golf room, two movie theaters, a gallery, a beauty salon, hairdresser and barber, a full-service spa, a gym, as well as a luxury area.
For the purchase of the penthouse located on the three upper floors of the Aston Martin residence tower, which is scheduled for completion in 2021, a brand new car will be offered.
Indeed, the lucky buyer of the largest penthouse of the residence will be offered the last copy of the Aston Martin Vulcan, a collector car produced in only 24 copies. However, this car is not allowed to be driven on conventional roads, and for that, a private track club membership and driving lessons are offered.
This spacious penthouse overlooking Biscayne Bay and its included Aston Martin Vulcan is for sale for $71.5 million.
