Mother’s Day: our 2022 shopping selection
Mother’s Day is coming up and you want to spoil your mom? Follow the guide to find original, timeless or surprising gifts.
May 29th will be the occasion to celebrate our moms and spoil them with nice gifts. From books to cosmetics and arty blouses, there will be something for everyone!
A lipstick box to engrave
It’s the spring collab, the food supplement brand Aime and La Bouche Rouge have joined forces to offer a most desirable box! It’s made up of Aime, a balm tinted a bluish nude pink, as well as a leather case, all of which can be personalized so that your mom can take it everywhere!
An arty blouse
The hammam blouse is the arty piece of the dressing room, in fluid viscose, it slips into jeans or over a swimsuit. The best part? The print is the work of Marguerite Bartherotte aka G.Kero who paints her prints and makes them works of art. A piece we can’t get enough of!
A nice message
To pass a message with the embroidery, it is the idea of Maison Labiche which proposes this pretty striped t-shirt with an embroidery “Amore“. In jersey and made in Portugal, it will accompany your mother with the most beautiful feeling.
A moment of luxury
This year, the spa at Le Meurice offers a special moment between mothers and daughters at La Maison Valmont. Together, mothers and daughters enjoy personalized advice, beauty treatments and a relaxing hand massage to discover the latest range of Valmont products, accompanied by a photographer to immortalize the moment.
Every Saturday from May 21 to June 4
Sunglasses for the stars
With its tortoise shell effect and butterfly frame, Bottega Veneta sunglasses, offered on Farfetch will be your mom’s best friend for the summer.
A chic city guide
Louis Vuitton’s City Guide is both stylish and practical. It contains the best addresses in the world’s capitals. Is your mother a globetrotter? She’ll love exploring cities with her guide: good addresses guaranteed!
A workshop for two
We can doo is a website that offers all kinds of manual workshops, everywhere in France. For Mother’s Day, Michiyo proposes in Paris to discover the Japanese technique of kintsugi. This technique consists in sublimating the “wounds” of our broken objects thanks to vegetable lacquer and gold, silver or colored lacquer powder.
With this workshop, Michiyo will propose a simplified version of kintsugi with resin glue and brass. You can bring a broken bowl or cup, which will find a second life!
