The luxury confectionery brand Lady M celebrates its 20th anniversary
The luxury confectionery brand made in New York, Lady M, has more than 50 stores around the world and is celebrating its 20th anniversary today. An opportunity to discover its most famous sweet creations.
Lady M was founded in 2001 and is now led by CEO Ken Romaniszyn. The New York-based brand is best known for its creation of the Mille Crêpes Signature. Lady M blends French pastry techniques with Japanese sensibilities, resulting in delicate, slightly sweet cakes that are perfect for all kinds of celebrations.
For the holidays, you can find the “Merry and Bright” advent calendar. This calendar features a red and green wreath with luxurious gold foil detailing, a red velvet bow and a gold chain for hanging. 24 personalized drawers are filled with the brand’s candy and confections.
Their signature “Mille crêpes” cake is made up of 20 ultra-thin artisanal pancakes, separated by layers of light custard. It practically melts in your mouth and is decadent without being too sweet. This signature cake comes in a wide range of flavors, including “tiramisu” and “chestnut cream“.
Among the novelties, we find the “Mille crêpes” declined in a chocolate way. Inside, a dark chocolate whipped cream with crispy feuillantine, cocoa beans and truffle oil, covered with Caribbean chocolate ganache.
The “Bon Bon” were created by Ken Romaniszyn and Olivia Niddam, French confectionery expert. The idea? Capture the essence and flavors of the famous Lady M cakes in the form of candies and confections. Available in boxes containing 3, 5 or 8 individual boxes, Lady M Bon Bon is the ultimate refined gift to offer to your loved ones.
