Who is Niko Romito, the new chef at the Bvlgari Hotel in Paris ?
Bvlgari Hotels will soon invest in the French capital for a glamorous hotel. It will house Il Ristorante, a gourmet restaurant headed by Niko Romito. Focus on this chef, who has been honored by Bvlgari Hotels.
The newest addition to the Bvlgari hotels will be unveiled in December 2021. Nestled on Avenue George V in the heart of the Golden Triangle, the Bvlgari Hotel Paris combines the glamour and timeless heritage of the house with contemporary design and furnishings by world renowned Italian architects Antonio Citterio & Patricia Viel.
In addition to the 1,000-square-meter Bvlgari Penthouse with its own private rooftop garden, the Paris hotel will include 76 luxury residences with an Italian flair and 360-degree views of Paris. It will house a spa and a 25-meter pool, as well as Il Ristorante, headed by Niko Romito.
Niko Romito, a self-taught chef from Abruzzo in Italy, started in the town of Rivisondoli, in the bakery that his family had transformed into a trattoria. Since 2000, he runs the restaurant Reale with Cristiana Romito, and in 2011, he transferred Reale to Casadonna, a former sixteenth-century monastery in Castel di Sangro.
